Goal Programming Approach for Energy Management of Smart Building

In this paper, a collective residential building is considered in which the following points are taken into consideration: (i) flexibility value of Contract Power (CP) for each consumer; (ii) it assumed single CP entire building; (iii) an energy resource manager entity to manage resources building, such as Electric Vehicles (EVs), Photovoltaic (PV) generation system, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). Taking consideration previous assumptions, major goal work minimize electricity consumption costs by using Multi-Objective Mixed-Binary Linear Programming (MOMBLP) formulation. The objective function MOMBLP model minimizes cost apartment. Then, Goal (GP) strategy applied find most appropriate solutions proposed model. Finally, performance suggested evaluated comparing obtained results from Single-Objective (SOMBLP) approach whole minimized. show that GP reduction 7.5% total annual verified comparison with SOMBLP. Moreover, leads fair benefit among consumers, finding solution less distance desired level.
